The weekend unfolds in layers of restoration. Ayurvedic massages. Pooja. Yoga. Pranayama. Elements of panchakarma. Herbal therapy. Meditation. Ayurvedic meals prepared with intention. The programme concludes Sunday afternoon at 16.00. Departure is by 17.00. You return to your life. But something has shifted. The stillness you found here travels with you.
